Manfred Salat
Manfred is the founder and managing partner of InterMedCare. He spent almost his entire professional life in the medical devices industry and started his career in a technical and clinical service function with COBE. In the early 80s, Manfred moved to Saudi Arabia to get his foot into international sales and marketing. After developing the Middle Eastern markets he returned 1990 to Germany to take over a multi-therapy business corporation for GAMBRO before concentrating on cardiovascular business development for the Italian SORIN Group. His serial entrepreneurship begun 2000 with the launch of GlobalMedCare, a service provider for international hospital marketing and health tourism. In 2002, Manfred put a powerful team together to build LIFEBRIDGE, from seed financing all the way to product launch in interventional cardiology in Germany and selected international markets, before founding InterMedCare in 2009. Manfred is married and has three big sons as his personal coaches.
